He is a Post-Graduate in Economics from Ravenshaw University, a Post-Graduate in Management from IMIS, Bhubaneswar, a Certified Financial PlannerCM, Chartered Wealth Manager®, Trainer & Faculty with a rich experience over 25 years in Financial Planning and Wealth Management (13 years of Corporate Experience – leading Life Insurance Companies, Broking Firms, Distribution Company, Financial Planning Company, and Health Insurance Company).
Rupakumar is a practicing financial planner with more than two decades of experience in financial planning. He is the CFP course and Financial Planning concept pioneer in Bhubaneswar and Odisha.
He is also the Faculty of the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) course and NISM Courses, and he has trained employees of various corporates and professionals. He has guided 100+ CFP Students to clear their CFP exams. He is also a visiting faculty with Reputed B-Schools & Universities (#Utkal University-DDCE, #Centurion University of Technology and Management). He has conducted workshops and training programs for corporates, leading life insurance companies, mutual fund companies, and financial advisors.
He is an Author of the Best-Selling Book- “JOYFUL RETIREMENT -The 7 Step Strategy for Healthy, Wealthy & Early Retirement.“

She has leveraged her extensive knowledge in retirement planning and taxation to create comprehensive and customized solutions to address each client’s specific needs. Her innovative approach ensures that retired individuals have an optimal retirement experience.
Namita Das and her husband, Rupakumar Pradhan, have been a powerhouse of entrepreneurial innovation since they established SmartMantra Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2010. With their combined expertise in finance and marketing, the dynamic duo has developed a successful business model that offers an array of financial services to clients around the globe. From wealth management to insurance policies, Namita and Rupakumar are dedicated to helping people secure their financial future with tailored solutions.
Namita Das is the Managing Director of SmartMantra Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. She has cleared several NCFM modules & is also AMFI & IRDA Certified. Previously she has worked as a Faculty for some of India’s leading I.T. Training & Education companies.
Overall, she carries rich experience with her in the field of teaching and has sound knowledge of various financial products. Also worked as a Visiting Faculty- Economics for various B-Schools and Engineering Colleges in Bhubaneswar. She earned her B.A. in Economics from BJB Autonomous College and studied M.A. (Economics) at Ravenshaw University.
